A So-Called Poet         ​

កវី​

¶Nature, his teacher; philosopher, his friend

៙ធម្មជាតិ​ជា​គ្រូ​ ទស្សនវិទូ​ជា​មិត្រ

[He] lives with truth; [He] creates with imagination.

រស់​ជា​មួយ​ការ​ពិត​ ប្រតិដ្ឋ​ជា​មួយ​ការ​ស្រមៃ​

If not being able to physically write, his ideas are the pen or pencil.

បើ​ពុំ​មាន​ដៃ​ ចារ​នឹង​គំនិត​

No one sees him; his life becomes solitary.

គ្មាន​អ្នកខ្វល់​​គិត​ ជីវិតឯកា

Being introspective, yet he hopes others hear and understand his hidden voices or massages.

និយាយ​ជា​មួយ​ខ្លួន​ឯង​ សង្ឃឹម​​ឮ​ពាក្យ​មិន​វាចា​

All people, unexceptionally, die but he survives without existence.
